Most commissions take between 6 and 12 weeks from the point of agreement, depending on scale and complexity. La Llegada clients are contacted as soon as the work is complete — we will always give you a clear timeline at the start of the process.

There are no fixed prices. Each commission is quoted individually based on dimensions, material complexity, and the time involved. We are always transparent about pricing before any commitment is made. To get a sense of cost, please send us an enquiry with the dimensions of your space.

Yes. Julia provides photographic updates at key stages of the making process — and for La Llegada clients, you are invited to visit the atelier in person when the work is nearing completion. There are no surprises.

Completely. Every commission begins with a conversation about your space — its dimensions, its light, its character. Material, scale, colour and technique are all determined by that conversation. Nothing is assumed.

Yes, and we welcome these collaborations. If you are specifying a piece for a client's project, please use our enquiry form and mention the project. We are experienced in working to briefs and deadlines.

Yes. We ship worldwide. For large works, we use specialist art handlers who pack, insure and deliver the piece to installation point. All international shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are discussed and agreed before despatch — there are no surprises at the border.

La Llegada is the option to collect your commission in person — at the atelier in Sierra Calderona, Spain. It includes private airport transfer from Valencia, a guided walk in the natural park, lunch and wine with Julia and Jeroen, a private studio tour, and the handover of your piece. For clients who choose La Llegada, there is no shipping — you take the work home yourself, professionally packed. Learn more about La Llegada.

Every work is professionally packed in a custom crate with acid-free tissue, protective framing and full insurance documentation. Julia oversees every packing herself. Installation instructions and care guidelines are included with every piece.

La Llegada is available to every client who commissions a work with Del Arroyo. For larger commissions it is complimentary. For smaller works, a modest contribution to travel costs may apply. All details are discussed privately at the start of the commission process.

Yes, absolutely. La Llegada can accommodate a companion — a partner, a designer, a trusted friend. Please mention this when you enquire so we can arrange accordingly.

The village is approximately 35 minutes from Valencia Airport by private car. Valencia is served by direct flights from Amsterdam, London, Paris, Frankfurt, and most major European cities.

La Presencia works with hotels and resorts, restaurants and members' clubs, executive office buildings (including corporate headquarters and business centres), and cultural institutions such as galleries, museums and foundations. If you have a space that deserves something singular, we want to hear from you.
